NATHAN HUNT

ATTORNEY & MUNICIPAL JUDGE

Nathan Hunt is a seasoned attorney with over 15 years of litigation experience and currently serves as the Municipal Judge for the Town of St. Florian, Alabama. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and his Juris Doctor from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. Known for his integrity and strategic advocacy, Mr. Hunt has built a strong reputation for achieving effective results for his clients. In addition to his legal practice, he is active in the Shoals community as a longtime youth soccer coach and mentor to many young attorneys in the region.

DREW SOCKWELL

ATTORNEY

A native of the Shoals area, Drew has worked as an executive in the technology and pharmaceutical industry earning numerous presidential awards. Over time, Drew enjoyed the success he obtained throughout his career, but felt a calling to pursue endeavors where he could be passionate about doing what he loves most, helping people. As a result, Drew enrolled in law school where he quickly realized his calling, which resulted in him graduating law school a year sooner than his class.

DOUG TINKHAM

ATTORNEY

Douglas Tinkham graduated with honors from the Birmingham School of Law where he was given the knowledge and expertise to represent the people of Alabama by some of the State’s finest practicing attorneys.

"Everyone deserves not only excellent representation but also caring representation," he explains. Douglas has been on the other side of the desk, on the other side of the bench. His work with his clients proves he cares about your story. 

"I got into the legal profession because I enjoy helping people. Going to court or visiting an attorney does not need to be intimidating." 

Mr. Tinkham is here to help; the Court is also here to help. Most cases can be resolved in an equitable and friendly manner.

WILLIAM BURRESS

ATTORNEY

Will grew up in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Alabama, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He went on to graduate in the top 15% of his class at the University of Alabama School of Law. Throughout his career, Will has gained diverse and valuable experience in working at the Alabama Supreme Court, the Tuscaloosa County Public Defender’s Office, and on both sides of personal injury law firms.

Will represents clients facing criminal charges or under criminal investigation, offering compassionate and dedicated legal advocacy. His additional practice areas include family law, juvenile matters, personal injury, probate, and more.
